Appointment Bookings
Online bookings are available 24/7. If you have any trouble booking online you can text 808-495-3256. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready upon booking. You will receive a confirmation/reminder via text + email for your appointment.
For brow appointments, a non-refundable deposit of $100 + tax is required to secure your appointment date/time and is deducted from the total price of the service.
For returning client ReLashes, if they are at less than 30% filled it is considered a full set. We highly suggest booking your appointment with your lash technician at the end of your lash service to ensure a timely lash fill.
Pre/Post Appt Info
Your appointments are very important to us at Alohi Aesthetics, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations on all services. For cosmetic brow tattoo services, we require a 72 hour cancellation policy.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment
- Less than 72-hour notice for cosmetic brow tattoo services will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment + another deposit for rebooking
- ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, we do text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Then send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

We ask that you read all pre and post appt info pages upon bookings for your service to ensure the best results. We are not responsible for pre-appt acknowledgment or improper after care.

As a small business, we offer personable experiences by appointment only. Please arrive in a timely manner, have a seat and your technician will greet you upon arrival.
Health Considerations
To avoid possible contraindications, please inform our staff of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, prescription medications and special assistance requirements.
Cell Phones
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent for a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. Please use headphones if you’re watching videos.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
