BROW PREP
- Gently exfoliate brow area a couple times a week prior to appointment.
- If you are use to getting your brows tinted or waxed, do so 3 days prior to treatment. If there are any stray hairs that fall outside of our final shape, we can remove them.
- Do not have any chemical peels, dermabrasions, mesotherapy, or any other intense treatments which will cause faster skin cell rejuvenating and cause skin irritation 2-3 weeks before treatment.
- Wash your hair before the treatment, as after you can have only minimal contact of water on your brows for the first 7 days.
- If you plan to go on a vacation, it is recommended to plan your trip a minimum of 14 days after the procedure.
- You may be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle when getting this procedure done.
48 HOURS PRIOR
- Do not take Asprin, Niacin, fish oil supplements Vitamin E or IBUprofen
- Do not drink alcohol
- Do not drink coffee or energizing drinks
- If you have been on prescription Accutane in the past, you MUST wait at least one year before considering this procedure.
(The above can thin the blood and cause for more bleeding and swelling which will reduce the amount of pigment absorbed.)
APPOINTMENT DAY
- Please bring in any photo references of your favorite brows!
- Come in with your any regular brow makeup that you wear on a daily basis. If you want to do a color match with your brow makeup please bring it with you.
