4 Vitamins for Healthy Skin

Vitamin A (Retinol):  Certain topical vitamin A formulations improve the sign of photo-aging such as fine lines, wrinkles, collagen production and skin texture.

Vitamin C (L-absorbic acid): If properly formulated, vitamin C has been known to restore and strengthen the skin barrier.  It also improves the appearance of sun damaged skin and has a positive effect on hyper-pigmentation.

Sunlight is the best and only natural source of Vitamin D that is absorbed through the skin. It helps the body utilize calcium and build strong bones and teeth. Also researchers found this vitamin helps inhibit the growth of certain types of cancer and their spread.

Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol)
Skin absorbs and maintains levels of topical vitamin E, which prolongs benefits between applications.  Reduces free radicals when skin is exposed to UVA rays and other sources of skin stress.
